Etching

We do etch 0.05mm thickness to over 2mm thickness of titanium with our world’s best technique. Full or half etching with any design can be enforced upon customer’s request.

Electrolytic Coloring

On the surface of titanium is anodic oxide film which is very thin but hard. It can be colored by electrolytic coloring technique. You can choose from 124 colors also gradation colors available.

Potentiality example!
No needed an electronic power supply. Chromogenic effect is titanium qualitative which reflected by external lights. Lots of sign boards or advertising display have been used. Please see sample movie.

Pressing

We can accept mass-production orders. Molding and pressing facilities is available. Titanium pressing is much more difficult than steel, copper and aluminum. It’s necessary rich experience and highly skilled technique.

Bending

Bending of the exhaust pipes of automobiles and motorcycles also our strong point.

Welding

Cutting titanium rings can be welded like bending. It’s so beautiful and functional. And any titanium welding is welcome.
