CarbonDry PROTEC is unique concept of which has originality and added-value.
On the surface of Aluminum, Stainless, Magnesium or any other material will be covered CFRP (Carbon Fiber Reinforced Plastic) with vacuum and thermocompression by our original hybrid oven. PROTEC means Protection by CFRP has high strength plus Technique by enhanced its design, so those 2 words hybrids to PROTEC.
CFRP will be covered on the any products so that molding is not needed also one by one request will be acceptable. We can make Only one for you.

CarbonDry covers on any material will be stronger than its material strength so that PROTEC will contribute lasting material practicality. Even it will be possible to be lightened its material. Protection advantage will be reduced damages and corrosion.

３. Operation Time
Generally it will be taken approx 2 weeks after received the materials. But it may be changeable caused by design, complication of material, size and backorder volume.
４. Shipping Out
After completed inspection, we ship out to you your material with PROTEC.
Caution
* Some materials can not be PROTEC.
* Some in case, size or design or any cause can not be PROTEC.
* PROTEC is all hand made technique so that final finish might be slightly different.
* After being PROTEC, it can not be taken back previous condition.
* Please specify if materials have directions. Carbon weaving if necessary.
